Counseling for Healing Your Relational Wounds & Anxiety
If you’ve been hurt in the past—by someone cheating, walking away, or breaking your trust—you’re not alone. Those kinds of wounds can really shake how safe we feel in relationships. In therapy, we’ll use our time together to gently explore how you connect with others. Think of it as a practice space, where it’s okay to be honest, try new things, and build confidence before taking it into your everyday life.

I love helping people feel more confident in their relationships. Whether it’s with a partner, a boss, a friend, or a family member, feeling steady and sure of who you are makes a big difference.

We’ll also take a look at where some of your patterns come from—especially the early ones, often rooted in childhood—and how they might be showing up now. As you get clearer on what’s healthy (and what’s not), you’ll feel more in charge of the way you show up in relationships and what you choose to hold onto.

Support for Healthcare Professionals
We hold a lot. Not just the tasks or decisions, but the emotions—ours and theirs. We’re often the calm in the storm, holding space while someone else breaks down, delivering hard news, or doing what needs to be done, even when it doesn’t sit right with us.

Some days, we’re holding it together for everyone else—and falling apart in the quiet moments in between. Maybe it’s crying in the bathroom between appointments, wiping away tears before stepping back into the next room. Maybe it’s the heaviness of decisions we didn’t fully agree with but had to make anyway—because policies, insurance, or someone else’s choice left us without better options. The what-ifs, the heartbreak—they stick with us long after the moment has passed.

This space is for us. A place to name what we’ve been carrying, without judgment. A place to be supported—not just for what we do, but for who we are underneath it all.
Here, we can slow down, debrief, and make sense of why something affected us so deeply. Together, we’ll find ways to care for ourselves in the middle of the storm and build tools to stay grounded the next time we’re faced with those tough moments.

So that when the day is over, we can come home—and actually be home. Present. Whole. Able to set the work down, even just for a little while, and reconnect with the parts of life that belong only to us.

We deserve that. We’re not just caregivers. We’re human. And we don’t have to carry it all alone.
If this resonates with you, let’s talk. You deserve support too—and I’m here to help.
Trauma Healing with EMDR
Sometimes life puts us in situations where we feel physically or emotionally unsafe—moments when our hearts race, our minds spiral, or we just don’t feel in control. Maybe it was an experience you witnessed or went through yourself, like a sudden accident, a frightening emergency, or a time when someone you love was hurt or scared. These moments can leave lasting marks on how we feel, even long after the event has passed.

If you’ve ever found yourself carrying heavy feelings like anxiety, sadness, or stress that won’t go away, you’re not alone. Many people who have felt threatened or overwhelmed have found deep relief and healing through therapy.

One powerful approach is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). This gentle, effective therapy helps your brain process difficult memories in a new way. Together, we create a safe, calm space where you can explore those experiences at your own pace. Using guided eye movements or other soothing techniques, EMDR can reduce the weight those memories carry—helping you feel more peaceful, confident, and free to move forward.

It’s not about reliving pain; it’s about changing how it lives inside you.

If you’re ready to find that kind of healing, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
